Yannick

Tossing

Yannick Tossing is a Luxembourgish artist trained in Strasbourg and Amsterdam, and currently the artistic director of the Kamellebuttek gallery in Esch-sur-Alzette.
His work is inspired by his personal history, marked by Huntington’s disease. Moving between sculpture and photographic collage, he explores the physical and cognitive impacts of this condition, transforming everyday objects into symbols of motor loss and creating fragmented images that question memory and perception.
His pieces are both a tribute to his father and a tool for raising awareness, developed in collaboration with organisations such as Société Huntington Québec and ALAN.
Exhibited in Luxembourg and internationally, he continues to pursue an artistic practice that is both committed and deeply human.
